Paraiso Escondido Properties Inc.'s Company History: 2005- Flor Espedal opened “My Paradise Properties”, which she operated out of her kitchen and where the sale of all lots in Villas Boreales as well as preliminary sales of Villas Paraiso Escondido began. 2006- In Late 2006 Flor Espedal bought out her partner and changed the company name to Paraiso Escondido Properties Inc. The company moved to its first office located at 104-8810 118 Ave. in Edmonton where the company flourished and helped an owner to build the first house in Villas Boreales. 2007- In January of this year, David Lopez was hired to manage Paraiso Escondido Properties. Flor Espedal was named the Project Manager in Villas Paraiso Escondido due to the failing health of one of the partners in Paradise Properties S. de R.L. Flor changed her title to Sales Manager in Paraiso Escondido Properties inc. at this time Paraiso Escondido Properties and the company began operating under the name P.E. PROPERTIES inc. Paraiso Escondido Properties inc. also made its television debut with commercials that aired on GLOBAL TELEVISION in Alberta. 2008- Joined the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, aired television commercials on City TV in Edmonton, and held its first BBQ party where customers celebrate with the Honduran Ambassador from Ottawa. 2009- Moved to a new larger office located at 301-9006 132 Ave. Edmonton AB. T5E 0Y2, the company also opened a new division known as P.E. Properties vacations Inc. which works in partnership with Canadian Management Company S.A. property managers for Villas Boreales and Villas Paraiso Escondido. 2010- The agency is celebrating its 5 year anniversary and will be representing Sunset Properties S.A. who are developing SUNSET HILLS, a new community near Villas Paraiso Escondido.
